At VitalHub, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Within 3 Days of Delivery – The return request is submitted within 3 days of the customer receiving the product.
- Order Not Yet Dispatched – The order has not yet been collected or dispatched by our courier partner at the time the return request is made.
Requests that fall outside of these two conditions will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at vitalhub2026@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from damage caused by misuse or mishandling
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The 3-day return window has passed
- The product has already been dispatched by our courier
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components
